Nominet aims to provide the very highest levels of service to its customers.

Nominet support advisors are available to take your telephone queries during office hours, and will try to provide you with answers during that first contact. If they are unable to do so, they will take your details, find the required information you need, and call you back. Support queries sent via email will be responded to within one working day of receipt.
