.PN Registry-Registrar Agreement

Policy version 1.0 – 01-2025 

1. The following terms comprise the Registry-Registrar Agreement which apply to all .pn Registrars.  

2. By completing an application to become a .pn Registrar, all applicants are deemed to have accepted this .pn Registry-Registrar Agreement and associated policies.  

3. As a .pn Registrar you agree to: 
   • The Nominet Registry-Registrar Base Agreement terms and conditions set out at https://registrars.nominet.uk/registry/nominet/rrba 
   • The Nominet privacy policy and data processing terms as set out in Nominet’s privacy notice at https://www.nominet.uk/privacy-notice/   
   • The .pn policies set out at https://registrars.nominet.uk/registry/dot-pn/policies/
