Legacy .UK OT&E and Testbed port 8700 shutdown

From Thursday 21st August 2025 we will cease to offer a plain-text EPP on port 8700 on our legacy OT&E and Testbed environments for .UK.

We will continue to operate EPP over TLS in our OT&E and testbed legacy .UK environment on port 700.
