This is due to upcoming changes to .UK EPP cipher suites. Please see the notice below.
Upcoming changes to the cipher suites used in EPP on the .UK platform
The end goal is to remove some weak cipher suites from .uk, however it will be completed in stages to allow your testing.

ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256 ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA384 ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256 2. The cipher suites on the .UK testbed environment (testbed-epp.nominet.org.uk:700) will not change, and will be in synchronisation with production and OTE. |
What do I need to do?
Check that your EPP client supports and uses the cipher suites that will be supported after the maintenance window using the testbed environment.
