27th February 2023 – Contact Centre Upgrade (postponed)

Update: 27.02.23: Due to ongoing testing we have postponed the changes to our contact centre.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the service we offer our customers, we will soon be making upgrades to our customer contact centre system.

As part of the upgrades, whilst there will be no changes to the email addresses used to contact us, the email addresses you receive a response from, when contacting us will be subtly different. For example, when emailing [email protected], the reply will come from [email protected]. These changes are planned to come into effect from 27th February 2023.

To help prepare for this change, we have provided a list of these email addresses below. If registrars already add our addresses to allow lists, we would encourage you to add the new ones ahead of the upgrades.

Please note we will also be changing our contact telephone numbers and we will be in touch with registrars to confirm when these are live. The current telephone numbers will still work as usual at this time alongside our new contact telephone numbers, ensuring there is sufficient time to update references to these where applicable.

There will also be very subtle changes to our web chat service. The changes are largely cosmetic but will include additional features that are not available today such as in-built chat history.
