20th October 2025 – System Maintenance

On Monday 20th October between 09:00 – 11:00 UTC+1 (BST), we will be conducting emergency maintenance to apply critical security patches. These updates are necessary to address common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs) identified in a recent security advisory.

Why this matters: 

The patches resolve several high-severity security issues that could impact system integrity and user access. Applying these updates is essential to maintain the security, stability, and compliance of our services.

The patching does not require downtime, but users may experience connection resets to our customer facing applications. Users may need to reload the application to restore their service in this time frame. Please see below the table of systems impacted:
