Between 13:00 - 16:00 GMT (UTC) on Wednesday 12 December we will have a Business Intelligence (BI) outage to allow us to undertake some important maintenance.
13 March 2018 - Planned System Maintenance
On Tuesday 13 March maintenance will be taking place for approximately one hour from: 07:00 - 08:00 GMT (UTC).
The Business Intelligence (BI) service may be unavailable for periods during this time.
All other gTLD & UK registry services will remain available throughout this maintenance.
From 13 March 2018 gTLD registrars will need to use TLS 1.2 or higher for EPP connections and connections attempted using lower TLS levels will fail.
From 13 March 2018 it will no longer be possible to make an EPP connection where the client SSL certificate is invalid or missing. Certificates must be signed by a well know Certificate Authority (CA) and be valid (i.e. not expired). We advise registrars to review their certificate signing and renewal processes to ensure that their certificates are valid.
