Customer Satisfaction surveys 2013

We are committed to providing all of our customers with the highest levels of service and your opinion is important to us. That's why we are launching two customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of satisfaction with the support services that we offer. These surveys are being carried out on our behalf by an independent market research company called The Leadership Factor. The findings from both these surveys will be published once the research and analysis is completed.

Member and registrar satisfaction survey

To help us measure service levels and identify areas for improvement, we are surveying members and registrars who have recently used our support services.  The survey will be a short telephone research interview.

The results of all our registrar surveys are important to us. By identifying any shortfalls between your expectations and our performance, we can concentrate on areas for improvement. Your responses can also influence future direction and policy at Nominet.

The registrar telephone survey will begin on Friday 2 August 2013.

Registrant satisfaction survey

Our registrant satisfaction survey measures the level of satisfaction delivered by our registrant support service. Registrants who have used our support services recently may receive an email inviting them to complete an online survey. The survey results will be used to make further improvements to our systems and services.

The registrant web-based survey begins on Monday 19 August 2013.
