Annual General Meeting documents now electronic only for members opted-in to email
Starting this year, members who have selected “Contact me by email” as their preferred method for membership-related communications will no longer be posted a printed copy of Nominet’s Notice of Annual General Meeting, Annual Report and Accounts, and Director Elections voting papers.
Members who have selected “Contact me by email” will receive these materials via email. This email is sent to the email address held against the voting contact for the account.
Members who have selected “Contact me by post” will still be posted printed copies, however we strongly encourage those in this category to change their preference to “Contact me by email” in order to help us improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
This year’s Annual General Meeting is being held in Oxford on 2 June and the materials will be sent in early May.
Members can check or change their preferred method for membership-related communications under Membership Preferences in Online Services.
We will be contacting members to ensure they’re aware of this change, and to encourage the use of the email option.
