Notice of changes to our standard contractual framework
Thank you to all respondents who took the time to give us comments on proposed changes to the Registrant Terms and Conditions and Registrar Agreement.
A revised set of Registrant T&Cs has now been published, together with the feedback summary, the responses we were granted permission to share and our response to the feedback. The revised Registrant T&Cs have been renumbered and re-formatted, and the changes from the version previously proposed are highlighted - More details.

We have also incorporated some changes which relate to Nominet's forthcoming Privacy Service framework. A testbed for Privacy Services will be made available to registrars from 2 February 2016 and further information has been made available.

- Searchable WHOIS (formerly PRSS)
- Privacy Services Acceptable Use Policy
All changes will come into force on 1 March 2016.
